Volunteer at Open Air Academy
Do you like meeting new people? Can you tell the difference between a lark and a sparrow? Do you have a knack for design? Or do you prefer practical activities such as stewarding and production?
Open Air Academy is looking for a number of enthusiastic volunteers to join in at making this first ever annual festival an incredible event. Open Air Academy welcomes volunteers with all ranges of skills and qualifications to assist in all areas of Open Air Academy.
What kind of work do you want to do?
As a volunteer, you can help out in many ways. You can join the décor team and help make the festival site look beautiful and inviting. Or you can work backstage and ensure our speakers are informed and comfortable. You can also help with marketing and PR and manage social media content.
Or maybe you have your own idea for a project? Like doing a walk and talk on the birds of the area. Teaching a yoga class on the field. Or hosting a woodcarving workshop. Volunteers are the face of the festival, performing important roles to ensure that Open Air Academy will be a great experience for everyone.
As a volunteer, you’ll receive a free pass to the festival and a hot meal per shift. Open Air Academy is a new non-profit festival dedicated to science, nature, philosophy, and art, (evt. udelad) taking place for the first time from the 23rd to the 25th of May 2015.
To volunteer, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us a bit about yourself, and what you want to do at Open Air Academy. We look forward to hearing from you!
